Adoption Day is November 2

Our big special day to highlight adoption is a little earlier this year – Nov. 2.

Probate Judge Ralph Winkler has set the date and will preside over our adoptions that day. We are still finalizing the list of families for the event.

This year will mark the 18th year that National Adoption Day ceremonies have been held across the country. The idea is to highlight the need for adoptive families. More than 117,000 kids remain in foster care in the United States today.

Stay tuned for more details, but we plan to livestream the event again so everyone can tune in for the happy tears.
