Downtown Construction Detour and Stop Changes

Due to utility construction for the streetcar, Metro’s bus stop on Walnut at Fifth will be closed until Friday afternoon. Rts. 14X, 15X, 21, 23X, 25X, 42X, 52X, and 74X will detour. The stop at Area D, will be closed. The buses will stop at Area F on Fifth at Main. The detour is listed below: Inbound and outbound via: Walnut left Fifth right Sycamore right Fourth to regular outbound route. Rt. 90 Metro*Plus will discharge in Area F. Rt. 90 Metro*Plus will detour inbound only. via: Walnut left Fifth right Sycamore right Fourth left Walnut to regular route. —————— Main Street between Fifth and Sixth Streets will be closed overnight so crews can install a water main for the Cincinnati Streetcar. This section of Main Street will close at 8:00 p.m. on the following dates: Sunday, June 29 – Wednesday, July 2, 2014 The road will reopen by 6:00 a.m. each subsequent morning. Motorists should detour east on Fifth, north on Broadway and west onto Sixth. Detour signs will be posted.
