Generous Cincinnati Enquirer Readers Help Keep Shelter Open

After an article ran in the Cincinnati Enquirer about the Winter Shelter closing for the season , readers responded in a huge way to keep the shelter open longer during the sub-freezing temps that hit Cincinnati the first week of March.
