Metro Names Frank Spataro Executive Director of Human Resources

Metro has appointed Frank M. Spataro as executive director of Human Resources/EEO officer. CINCINNATI – Metro has appointed Frank M. Spataro as executive director of Human Resources/EEO officer. He reports to Terry Garcia Crews, CEO & general manager. A human resources professional with more than 35 years of experience, Spataro most recently served as Human Resources director for the Village of Oak Park, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. He has also held positions with the City of Cincinnati as the assistant Human Resources director and the State of Illinois as a personnel analyst. Spataro is a member of Society for Human Resources Management, International Public Management Association for Human Resources and World at Work. He has a bachelor’s degree in political science from Illinois State University and a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Cincinnati. He lives in Hyde Park. Metro is a non-profit, tax-funded public service of the Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority, providing about 17 million rides per year. # # #
