Metro’s Holly Jolly Downtown Trolley: Two decorated trolleys provide shuttle service in the heart of downtown. The FREE rides are available on Friday, Nov. 25 and Saturdays, Nov. 26 – Dec. 17; noon – 5 p.m. Boarding is on Walnut at Fifth Street (adjacent Servatii’s). The trolleys run Vine and Walnut Streets from Freedom Way to Central Parkway and include stops with easy access to Fountain Square, The Banks, Freedom Center, Reds Hall of Fame, Main Library and more. It runs every seven minutes and FREE ride tickets available on board, provided by Downtown Cincinnati Inc. and the merchants at The Banks. Call 513-421-4440 for more information. Take the Bus to See the Holiday Trains: Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday now through Dec. 24, ride Metro’s Duke Energy Holiday Train Express to the Cincinnati Museum Center to see the traditional holiday train exhibit. Service runs every Friday from 10 a.m. – 8 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. Special Christmas Eve (Dec. 24) hours 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. Fare is FREE and buses run from the Westin Hotel on Fifth Street every 20 minutes. Metro is a non-profit, tax-funded public service of the Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority, providing about 17 million rides per year .
