Metro on Holiday Schedule for Thanksgiving, Nov. 26
Holly Jolly Trolley begins Nov. 28.CINCINNATI — Metro buses will operate on a holiday schedule on Thanksgiving, Thursday, Nov. 26. Access, Metro’s specialized service for people with disabilities, will also operate on a holiday schedule. Metro’s administrative offices, call center and sales office will be closed. Both services will return to regular schedules on Friday, Nov. 27, the day after Thanksgiving. However, the Metro sales office will be closed on Nov. 26 and 27. Ride Metro’s Holly Jolly Trolley: Two decorated trolleys will provide shuttle service in the heart of downtown. The FREE rides are available on Saturday, Nov. 28 and Saturdays, Dec. 5, 12 and 19; noon – 5 p.m. Passengers may board in front of the Westin Hotel on Fifth Street or at designated Holly Jolly Trolley stops along Fourth and Fifth Streets. The trolleys run every five to seven minutes from Fifth Street to Pike Street to Fourth Street to Elm Street. Metro is a non-profit, tax-funded public service of the Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority, providing about 17 million rides per year. # # #
