Metro provided 8% more rides on the Rt. 71 Kings Island Express last month compared to last March, despite lingering winter weather. In March 2014, the Rt. 71X provided almost 7,151 rides. The Kings Island park and ride is located at the south end of the park, just north of Western Row Rd. Parking is free and the fare is $4.25 one-way, directly to or from downtown Cincinnati. A 30-day rolling pass for this route is $170.
