Business owners will learn how to do business with Metro by attending its free vendor workshops this fall. Metro to host vendor workshops this fall CINCINNATI – Business owners will learn how to do business with Metro by attending its free vendor workshops this fall. In partnering with the African American Chamber of Commerce, the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber, the Greater Cincinnati Chinese Chamber of Commerce, and the Hispanic Chamber Cincinnati USA, Metro’s Procurement Department is presenting two training sessions to meet the needs of interested vendors. The first training session, “Responding to an Invitation for Bids (IFB)”, is scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 3. The second training session, “Responding to a Request for Proposals (RFP)” is scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 2. Both sessions are free, one-hour workshops at the Interact for Health Conference Facility (Rookwood Tower, 3805 Edwards Road, Suite 500). Programs begin at 9 a.m., with registration beginning at 8:30 a.m. Continental breakfast will be provided. Space is limited at each session and RSVPs are required.
