The Cincinnati Zoo offers discounted tickets and season passes to community members who participate in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program. The program is called the Zoo Access for All program.
Under the program, adults (ages 13 to 61) can obtain general admission tickets for $6. Children (ages 3 to 12) and seniors (ages 62 and older) can obtain general admission tickets for $3. The program also provides general admission parking for $1. Additionally, Admission + Rides packages are available for $10 for adults and $7 for children and seniors.
A family season pass (Zoo for All Family Standard Membership) is also offered under the program for $50, providing year-round unlimited admission and parking. An upgraded membership that includes unlimited rides is also available for $75. Note that P-EBT, WIC, and Medicaid cards do not qualify for this program.
General admission tickets can now be purchased online through the Zoo Access for All webpage. However, season passes (memberships) must be purchased or renewed in person at the ticket office, located at 3400 Vine St, Cincinnati, OH 45220. Both online ticket holders and in-person purchasers must show their valid SNAP EBT card and a matching valid photo ID upon arrival. For any questions, you can contact the Cincinnati Zoo at (513) 281-4700.
The Cincinnati Zoo also has a number of accommodations and programs making the zoo more welcoming, accessible, and inclusive for people with disabilities and their families. For a full list of these accommodations and programs, visit the Zoo Access for All page on the Cincinnati Zoo website.
