Content Guidelines

The content guidelines use for reviewing/editing content on United Resource Connection are now available as a .pdf in the documents section of Technical Support Team Hub (see above). These are the guidelines our quality assurance team uses when approving or removing content from the social service news feed, public document server, comments & discussions forums. If you have content that has been removed or edited by our quality assurance team you may review this document for a more detailed understanding of our guidelines as well as the procedure for repeal. The Content Guidelines were most recently updated 1/2/22.
