Temporary Fix to Stuck Scroll Function

I’ve discovered that when I’m reading my messages the scroll function sometimes gets stuck, such that I can read my messages but can’t return to any other part of the page I’m on via the scroll function. If I move my curser outside the message box the scroll function works again and I can scroll the page as expected. This temporary solution isn’t intuitive and so I’m posting it here until the support team fixes the problem.
