Due to a global Microsoft outage, anticipated arrival times will not be accurately displayed for users of the Cincinnati Metro’s mobile apps. These apps, including “Real-Time Transit Tracker” and “Cincy EZAlerts”, usually provide real-time estimated arrival times along Cincinnati bus routes, but are not currently operational because of the outage. The time being displayed in apps is scheduled arrival time, not real-time arrival time.

Metro staff is currently working to restore the real-time information, and updates will be posted when the system is back online. The outage has not effected the Cincinnati Metro website, only the apps. Metro users can find accurate information on arrival times by visiting the website bus schedule information page.
