|
As a round of winter weather moves through the region, Metro is reminding the public that Metro’s services are ready to get you safely to and from your destination this winter.

In the event of significant ice or snow, Metro service will still operate, however, detours and delays may be possible. Updated service information will be provided through the following outlets:
1. Route alerts on the Transit app, including information about detours and service interruptions for your route. Metro customers can subscribe to alerts by pinning their favorite routes within the Transit app.
2. Real-time bus-tracking on the Transit App or on the individual route pages of the scheduling section on Metro’s website.
3. Metro’s detour blog also provides detour information.
Metro’s Customer Care Center (513-632-7575) is open weekdays from 6:30 AM to 9 PM and 8 AM. to 5 PM weekends and holidays.
IMPORTANT: Metro buses cannot stop safely on snowy or icy hills. Customers should board at the top or bottom of hills.
