Metro will have fare-free rides on Opening Day, Thursday, March 27th. Metro’s fixed routes and Access paratransit will be FREE of charge. 

Opening Day Parade Metro Detours include the following. From noon on Thursday, March 27th, Government Square and other Downtown stops throughout the morning and early afternoon will be temporarily re-routed, due to the 2025 Findlay Market Reds Opening Day Parade. You can find a list of which routes will be impacted by visiting the Metro website, or by contacting the Metro Customer Care Center at 513 632-7575 for questions. 

Detours will lift after the parade concludes. Metro’s website provides up-to-date alternative boarding locations for detours. Customers can also to sign up for Cincy EZAlerts to receive text and/or email notifications with real-time detour and delay information.
