Talbert House has Primary Care Providers

Talbert House is known throughout the region as being a provider of mental health and addictions services, but they also a number of other services including primary medical care.

Primary Medical Care is an important resource for every individual and family. Primary care providers can help one connect to a full range of services, from preventive to ongoing health care, including: Wellness and physical exams; Acute illness visits; Immunizations; Preventive care; Routine medical tests; STI/HIV/HEP screenings; and Screenings for blood sugar, high blood pressure and high cholesterol; Asthma, COPD and more.

Talbert House Primary Care can provide high quality, accessible and personalized healthcare for all patients, from infants to adults. You can schedule an in-person or tele-health appointment at Talbert House by calling 513-242-7164, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (closed between 12:00 and 1:00 p.m.). Walk-ins are welcomed and accepted.

There are three locations:

1) The Walnut Hills Office, located at 2621 Victory Parkway Cincinnati, OH 45206;
2) The Western Hills Office, located at 4966 Glenway Ave. Ste. 112 Cincinnati, OH 45238; and
3) The Mt. Orab Office, located at 709 North High Street Mt. Orab, OH 45154.
